I have over ten years of experience in planning, editing and developing training materials. I am focused on ensuring that learning development is in line with business plans and has a positive influence on overall performance targets. I am skilled in a range of learning development methods and have a comprehensive understanding of adult learning concepts as well as the ability to put these principles into practice.
